Serverless AI-Powered Document Q&A System with RAG

Architected and implemented a full-stack, cloud-native solution on AWS for custom knowledge retrieval. The project utilizes a fully automated ETL pipeline with various tools like Amazon Textract, AWS Step Functions(Group of Lambda functions) and Docker to process documents for data extraction and Amazon Bedrock for vector embeddings, storing knowledge in a vector index on LanceDB. The front-end is hosted on AWS Amplify with help of AWS Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, providing a secure, user-friendly interface for real-time, document-specific Q&A.
